Hi my very dear and loyal friends. Thanks so much for always listening to my podcast even when I am away working on my marketing like now! It was one thing to have come to the conclusion of the crafting of my purpose in the form of a course in thinking. Yes, you read correctly, in other words a course in training your thoughts. If science confirms that our thoughts create your reality, we definitely need to work with our thoughts in order to change our reality. Seems pretty clear, right?

So, I created a method to help entrepreneurs to create their Internal Visionary Team. It is common sense that to start your business as in your soul purpose you need a Visionary team, I am proposing the creation of an internal visionary team to train your thoughts to be harnessed to work for you instead of against you. That is what the Hawk Mindset is, but let me let you listen to the reason why I named my new Comprehensive Program for Thought Masters was created. The story!

I have been very very busy lately preparing the launch of SHO Soul Mastermind Groups program, or better said movement. Co-Creative Circles of Coherence, very soon.

Today, I have a preview of a radio program we have been envisioning for a long time. I will start with my friend Sharon. We'll call it something like Baby boomer mothers reaching out and passing the torch to Millennials. Taking responsibility. You are welcome to contribute with ideas for the name after you listen to it.

I chose Sharon because she is a mom who made a very different choice than other women of of our generation. She chose to stay home with her kids in the 80's. While raising her children.

The idea is to open, and mold wakefulness so that you guys can continue your destiny to move the consciousness of this amazing beautiful planet to the next level.

This is the first draft. Is not even edited yet, though some of you know how bad I am with the technological stuff. I just think the content is the most important. The conference was cut off in the end right after I finished explaining my vision about the Inner Child in charge of your Entrepreneur's visionary team. I asked "Doesn't it make sense? " and Sharon is gone. The conference got cut off. I thought we'll leave it at that for now, as the first episode and would love your thoughts about the question. Does it make sense to you?

Hi my dear friends. I have been struggling to create a podcast in the last 2 weeks. The truth is I am literally doing a lot of projects at once. So, I was revising my blog, and realized there are several nuggets that even though were recorded time ago, have that quality of the perennial and are very valuable and helpful conversations. I have 3 boys has the boys and Neal Worthington my friend has three girls. We are both in our 60's. We met in facebook. We are both light workers. His angle is "Minding my Language". We are minding the language of the truth. We are talking about parenting and our own experience as parents of "Millennials". Actually 4 of them are millennials, the two oldest are in their early thirties. Yes, we also we were married 3 times. Interesting. Nr 3 coincidences huh?

We want to pass the torch to the Millennials Generation. Give them a little of history, humanity, humility, a conversation in acknowledgment so that they can make the choice of reclaiming their integrity back. To help them remember who they actually are and how important is for us and the entire planet that they contribute to their full potential.

So we are having a conversation on our experience as parents, and how it felt when we held our first baby in our arms, to be a parent for the first time, and asking the thought provoking questions about the fact that each one of us was born whole complete and pure. There was not one iota of violence in our dna, Violence is not genetic. We just are exposed to it very early on, when we lose our innocence to the mindset of separation and competition.

In other words, connecting the dots backwards as Steve Jobs would say.

It all started with Alice Miller and her book. "The Drama of the Gifted Child" . Meaning each one of us is gifted. Not only a few who escaped the claws of the status quo. I will repeat, we are all gifted, there is no such thing as only a few gifted.

I want to acknowledge my friend Mary Bogdan, the amazing artist who created the Re-Parenting your Inner Child series. A compelling series depicting the process. I have to say I was blessed by finding Mary in Flicker while I looked for Inner Child inspirational photograph. I found her, and her work. I cannot tell you how fascinated I was. Here was somebody who envisioned the same concept of the Inner Child I was writing about. What are the odds of that. I published some of her pieces on my blog, and proceeded to contact her. It was like I couldn't wait one more moment to speak with her on the phone. Her work spoke so deeply to me, in that way you can feel resonance in every element she brings to the reflective composition you are looking at. I think it was Bernard Shaw who said "The mirror gives you the projection of your image. Art gives you a projection of your soul." Mary depicts the drama of the Inner Child in the language of the soul and the result is your frequency changes after a few seconds of watching her art.
